Building custom homes isn't just Noah Treat's profession—it's been part of his life from the very beginning.
Growing up in Sherwood, Noah spent his childhood working alongside his father, learning every aspect of residential construction from the ground up. From sweeping job sites to helping frame homes, those early experiences shaped the work ethic and attention to detail that still define every project today.
After founding Noah Treat Construction, Noah successfully built custom homes before the 2008 housing market forced him to make a difficult career change. For nearly a decade, he worked in the oil and gas industry while never losing sight of his goal to return to residential construction.
In 2020, Noah made that dream a reality, returning full-time to custom home building. Today, he works directly with every client, personally guiding each project from the first conversation through the final walkthrough. Noah and his wife, Monica, share a passion for serving others through their respective businesses, and her encouragement and support have been an important part of Noah Treat Construction's growth. His commitment to communication, craftsmanship, and thoughtful design has become the foundation of the company.
